Lawn care: booking now
Mowing, edging, trimming, blow-off and seasonal cleanup. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one-time, with no contract.
Cleveland is where we're based and where most of our routes run. That means shorter drives, tighter schedules, and a crew that already knows which neighborhoods have which problems.
We started this business in Cleveland, and it's still the center of everything we do. If you're inside the city, you're on an established route rather than a special trip, which is why our Cleveland pricing is the best we offer.
Cleveland has two very different kinds of lawn, and they need opposite things. The older neighborhoods around downtown and out toward Lee University are full of mature hardwoods, which means shade, thinner turf, heavy leaf load in the fall, and grass that wants to be cut tall. The newer subdivisions on the edges of town are the reverse: full sun, sodded warm-season grass, and lawns that grow fast enough through July to genuinely need weekly attention.
Underneath most of it is the red clay this part of Tennessee is named for. It compacts hard, it drains slowly after a storm, and it turns to concrete in a dry August. We mow around that rather than fighting it. No heavy equipment on saturated ground, and cut heights set to keep roots shaded.
Every visit includes mowing, edging, line trimming and a full blow-off of drives and walkways. The complete breakdown is on our lawn care page.

Yes. This is our home base, not a service area we drive out to. Most of our weekly routes run inside the city, which is why Cleveland gets our best pricing and our tightest scheduling.
All of it: north and south of APD 40, downtown, the university area, and the newer subdivisions on the outskirts. If you're inside the city limits, we're already nearby.
Yes, and we do a fair amount of it. You don't need to be present. We just need access to the yard and a way to reach you, and we'll let you know if we spot something that needs your attention.
Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. Submitting the quote form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is scheduled until we've spoken and you've agreed to it.
No. Recurring service continues because you're happy with it, and you can stop whenever you like.
