Collegedale sits just west of Ooltewah and runs on the same routes for us, roughly twenty to twenty-five minutes from Cleveland. Between the two we've got solid coverage across east Hamilton County.
The mix here is a little different from Ooltewah. Alongside the family homes there's a real population of rental and investment property around Southern Adventist University, owned by people who often don't live nearby. Those owners need something specific: service that simply happens on schedule without anyone having to be on site, and someone who'll flag it if something looks wrong at the property. We do a lot of exactly that.
The town's greenway and general tidiness set a visible standard, and lawns here tend to be well-established rather than newly sodded. Established turf with some tree cover usually means a taller cut, more attention to leaf load in the fall, and edging that holds a clean line week to week.
